It seems I have a sickness
Most common in older men
Something very hard to cure
No matter how much you spend
Sometimes it can be fatal
As drastic as it sounds
Its cause is overeating
Adding all those extra pounds
My sickness has a name
Its called “Furniture Disease”
My chest has slid into my drawers
Putting extra weight on my knees
Every time I look into a mirror
And see what’s happened to me
Sir Isaac Newton named it
I’m another victim of gravity!
